Labeling precision provided by the perfect combination of Collamat® Labeling Modules and AltaFlex® Labeling Machines Following example shows the labeling accuracy obtained by a Collamat® 2610 labeling module mounted on an AltaFlex® T1 top labeling machine. Glass bottle proceeding laid down longitudinally on the conveyor system is labelled at a speed of 15 m/min. Labeling capacity at this speed and with bottle at this dimension is 2600 bottles per hour. With smaller bottles, capacity reaches to 3600 bottles per hour. To show the accuracy of labeling, same bottle labelled 20 times. 20 labels sticked onto each other at the same place (thickness 2 mm). Labeling accuracy is higher than 0.4 mm. This high precision level, obtained in our most economical labeling machine as a result of perfect combination of AltaFlex® and Collamat®, also provided for the complete series of AltaFlex® and Collamat® at the minimum.
